Site Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new location for new store
• Analyze site location
• Maintaining communication with clients, local authorities, contractors, and internal teams to ensure transparency and collaboration

Conducting site assessments, identifying potential regulatory or environmental challenges, and implementing proactive solutions to minimize delays and costs

Conduct & review agreement with landlord administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven work experience as Site Development/Business Development
• Ability to measure and analyze location (feasibility study)
• Understanding of landlord rent regulation
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to travel as needed
