Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering from a Reputable University
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Hand Sketch / 3D Sketch Up and other supporting software
- Have Driving License A & C
- Detail-oriented, thorough, honest, responsible, and committed
- Willing to be assigned to project locations throughout Indonesia
Job Descriptions
Plan and ensure manpower requirements according to project needs, including coordination of facilities such as meals, accommodation, and transportation
- Monitor manpower attendance and daily workforce activities at the project site
- Ensure availability, utilization, and maintenance of work tools and equipment
- Monitor material availability and prepare monthly material requirement plans based on project schedule and work progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement effective work methods and achieve project targets.
- Ensure project activities comply with company management systems, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager related to project operations.
