- Design weekly and monthly content calendars according to brand campaigns and promotions.
- Manage brand social media accounts, including post scheduling, audience interaction, and performance analysis.
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with influencers and social media figures for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Telling the brand story through authentic and engaging content, building emotional connections with audiences.
- Able to manage budgets for content creation and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective and efficient use.
- Handle customer interactions through messages and respond to comments professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Experience in creating creative content, especially in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Understand skincare products and the latest beauty trends.
- Able to produce innovative and interesting content ideas for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Mastering basic editing such as using the capcut application
- Good communication skills, able to convey messages clearly and attractively.
- Understand the algorithms and dynamics of social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create content.
- Skills in photography and videography will be an added value.
