- Role Description
As a KOL Specialist at Her Crown Story, you will play a key role in shaping how the brand is perceived across TikTok and Instagram through strategic creator collaborations. This role is highly focused on driving awareness at scale, where success is measured through content performance metrics such as views, CPV, reach, and engagement.
You will be responsible for identifying the right creators, crafting compelling campaign angles, and ensuring every collaboration feels authentic, trend-relevant, and engaging to the audience. This position requires a strong understanding of social media culture, sharp creative instincts, and the ability to turn insights into high-performing content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and recruit relevant KOLs aligned with brand positioning
- Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs
- Handle end-to-end KOL collaborations including outreach, negotiation, agreements (NDA/MOU), and payment coordination
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from concept development, briefing, to content direction
- Monitor campaign performance (views, CPV, engagement, reach) and generate actionable insights
- Identify high-performing KOLs and maintain a structured KOL database for future use
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and emerging creators
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize content utilization across channels
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a KOL/Influencer Specialist (beauty or hair care preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication or related field
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram ecosystems and trends
- Proven experience managing KOL campaigns focused on awareness metrics (CPV, reach, engagement)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Willing to work full WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta
