About the role
- We are seeking an experienced and creative
- Social Media Manager
to join PT Advanced Psychotherapy Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and amplify our brand presence across social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in building our online community, engaging with our audience, and driving meaningful conversations around mental health and psychotherapy services. This position sits at the intersection of brand strategy and digital engagement, making it essential to our overall marketing objectives and organisational growth.
- What you'll be doing
- Develop, plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals and brand messaging
- Create and curate engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels
- Manage daily social media operations including posting schedules, community engagement and responding to comments and messages
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimise content strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives
- Identify trends, opportunities and best practices within the mental health and psychotherapy sectors to keep our content relevant and timely
- Build and nurture an engaged community of followers, fostering meaningful conversations around mental wellbeing
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos and multimedia content that resonates with our target audience
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to maximise reach and engagement
- Monitor brand sentiment and reputation across social channels, addressing concerns professionally and promptly
- What we're looking for
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management within healthcare, wellness, mental health or related industries
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific best practices
- Strong understanding of mental health topics, psychotherapy services and sensitivity around mental wellbeing communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, authentic brand messages
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy
- Creative mindset with experience in content creation, graphic design or multimedia production
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of Indonesian language and cultural nuances is essential
- Familiarity with mental health regulations and ethical guidelines in Indonesia is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field is preferred
