We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our growing social media agency. You’ll play a crucial role in co-managing the team, overseeing both design and video production, and developing content strategies that make an impact. If you're a dynamic, creative leader with a passion for social media, this might be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Co-manage a talented team of designers and videographers, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output.
• Content Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee content strategies tailored to client needs and social media platforms.

Production Oversight: Attend video and design shoots when possible, providing guidance and ensuring that creative concepts align with project goals.

Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth, ongoing communication and collaboration.

Social Media Management: Oversee the management of clients' social media accounts, ensuring deadlines are met, and goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate or university student from semester 7-8 are welcome
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a social media or creative agency.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Experience in content strategy and social media management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to attend shoots and be hands-on with the creative process (bonus!).
