SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Responsibilites

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and reach new audiences.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Plan and create creative and engaging content.
• Proactively spot trends and improve users' engagement.
• Analyze social media performance and create reports.
• Communicate with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
• Creativity to make fresh content idea,fun and out of the box.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in developing Social Media platforms.
• Experienced in handling TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills
• Have a keen eye on design and aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Canva, Cap Cut, or similar)
• Willing to do fully WFO
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
