- We are looking for an experienced
- Quality Assurance
to join our team. If you have strong experience in functional testing, automation testing, and a passion for ensuring application quality, we would like to meet you. As a Quality Assurance, you’ll work closely with developers and project teams to ensure application quality, functionality, and system consistency.
Quality Assurance
roles and responsibilities include
- Provide technical input to improve the quality of digital services.
- Prepare Test Plans and review functional application testing scenarios.
- Develop test scripts for Automated Testing when required.
- Ensure all testing prerequisites are properly prepared, including testing environment and documentation.
- Perform Black Box Testing and/or Automated Testing based on the defined functional testing scenarios.
- Document testing activities and defects using ADLM/defect management tools.
- Monitor and evaluate testing results and findings, including performing retesting after defects have been fixed.
- Prepare testing progress reports and analyze testing results.
- Support other activities related to digital service testing.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- as a Functional Tester and/or System Developer.
- Experience with Automation Testing tools, preferably
- Katalon, Postman, Selenium, and/or IBM Rational Functional Tester
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into test scenarios.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, preferably
- .NET Framework and/or Java
- Understanding of
- Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server
- databases.
- Strong knowledge of Test Plan, Test Case, Automation Testing, Functional Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Understanding of server, client, network, database, and storage concepts.
- Basic understanding of
- Windows and Linux
- , including folder navigation, services, logs, and permissions.
- Understanding of application security concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSL/TLS, session, and cookies.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as IP Address, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Port, Firewall, VPN, and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
- Able to check application service status and read application logs to support defect analysis.
- Understanding of testing methodologies and best practices, including
- Waterfall, Agile, and COTS
- development.
- Good communication skills in
- Bahasa Indonesia and English
