Solution Architect

This role to ensure every technology solution is well-designed, future-ready, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design end to end solution architecture across digital platforms, ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, marketplace, loyalty, data, and system integration projects.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and practical technical solutions.
• Review and evaluate vendor proposed solutions by identifying gaps, risks, technical limitations, and improvement opportunities.
• Design system interaction flows, integration architecture, API requirements, data flows, and security considerations.
• Ensure all technology solutions align with the organization's enterprise technology roadmap.
• Establish architecture standards and provide technical governance for internal teams and external vendors.

Review business and technical documents, including BRDs, functional specifications, test plans, and deployment plans from an architectural perspective.

Collaborate with project teams and vendors throughout project planning, implementation, testing, go-live, and post implementation support.

Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, scalability, performance, infrastructure, and disaster recovery standards while supporting long-term business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Systems, Software Engineering, System Integration, or Digital Platforms.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, databases, middleware, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Experience with ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, payment, loyalty, or retail/QSR technology platforms is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solution designs.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and architecture documentation skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Experience reviewing technical designs, solution documentation, and technology implementation plans.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, API gateways, middleware, data platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, POS solutions, mobile applications, marketplace integrations, or restaurant technology is an advantage.
