- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills & Methodologies
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and IT systems.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration.
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
Preferred Qualification
Prior experience working on banking projects, specifically within Treasury or Loan domains, is highly preferred.
