- We are currently looking for a PPIC Staff to join our team at Inwa Bags Group with the following requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in relevant fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or material management.
- Good understanding of production processes, inventory systems, and supply chain management.
- Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
As a PPIC Staff, you will have the following responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity.
- Calculate and plan material requirements to ensure sufficient stock for production.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams regarding material availability.
- Follow up on material delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Control the flow of materials from warehouse to production lines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production progress and inventory status.
- Support continuous improvement in production planning, material control, and inventory efficiency.
