General Requirements
- Having minimum 1 year of experience as a butler / guest relations / room attendant in 4–5 star hotel.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skill, computer and English literature both written and oral (other foreign languages are a plus).
- Professional demeanor, team player & good personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality.
- Willing to be placed in Munduk Area.
- Able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, including packing/unpacking luggage, arranging itineraries, and handling food and beverage requests with the highest level of professionalism.
- Ensure the guest's accommodation is perfectly prepared, clean, and customized to their preferences before and during their stay.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the guest, coordinating seamlessly with front office, housekeeping, and culinary teams to deliver a flawless experience.
