Requirement
- Background education min Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance
- Have experience min 1 years as Finance Spv in logistics company is priority
- Have experience in related of finance report (AR/AP)
- Have good knowledge about payment cycle
- Expert in Accounting System, Financial Report, taxation, Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Detail oriented and good administration skill
- Having good communication
- Office: Prolink Logistics Indonesia, Surabaya
Job Description
- Handling Bank & Petty cash Transaction
- Control A/R A/P credit Limit
- Daily monitoring and control collection payment from customer
- Maintain A/R and A/P Forecast
- Prepare payments to vendor
- Maintain all financial transaction in Accounting system
- Support Manager in Financial Audit and providing all data request
- Conducting and implementing management policies in Finance, accounting and tax
- Understand the accounting program
