Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily material supply operations to the production line
- Ensure timely availability of materials based on the production schedule
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, and Purchasing teams
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, and issuing of materials
- Implement FIFO, 5S, and inventory control best practices
- Analyze and resolve material shortages or inventory discrepancies
- Prepare inventory and operational reports
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Material Control, Warehouse, Inventory, Supermarket, or Supply Chain within the garment or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of inventory management and material flow processes
- Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
