Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Nursing, Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Must hold a valid Basic First Aid (P3K) Certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HSE, Occupational Health, Company Clinic, or First Aid in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety (K3) regulations.
- Able to respond quickly and effectively to workplace medical emergencies.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work at KIT Batang.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid treatment for workplace injuries and medical emergencies.
- Respond to emergency incidents and coordinate with hospitals or healthcare providers when necessary.
- Maintain and inspect first aid kits, emergency equipment, and medical supplies.
- Record, investigate, and report workplace injuries, illnesses, and first aid cases.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure first aid facilities are fully operational.
- Deliver first aid awareness training and health promotion programs for employees.
- Support the implementation of HSE and Occupational Health programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable HSE regulations.
