Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Manage Store Assistants' schedules, task assignments, and manpower needs.
- Monitor sales targets and team performance to drive sales growth.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure products are neatly displayed.
- Supervise transactions, POS/EDC usage, and store administration.
- Handle customer complaints and report store performance to the Store Manager.
- Provide regular operational updates and reports to the Store Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or sales; experience as a Store Leader or Supervisor is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in conversational English is a plus.
- Good understanding of retail operations, sales, stock management, POS, and EDC systems.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
- Already living in Bali.
