• We are looking for a
• Strategic Account Manager

to lead Majoo’s enterprise prime plus acquisition across the Food & Beverage, Beauty, and Services verticals. You will identify and approach national-level accounts — chains, franchises, and multi-outlet brands — earn their commitment to pilot Majoo, and then own the relationship through the entire trial journey until the account is fully active and converted to a paying subscriber.

This is a full-cycle enterprise role. You are responsible for the outcome at every stage: who you bring in, how well they are accompanied, how much of the product they actually adopt, and whether they convert. You will work closely with Product, CX, and Engineering to resolve trial friction and channel feedback, and with leadership to shape how Majoo approaches the enterprise segment as it scales.
