• Duties and Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the planning, design, and delivery of civil and structural engineering works for both greenfield and brownfield data center projects.

•⁠ ⁠Perform structural analysis and design calculations for reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and other structural systems in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and review engineering calculations, design reports, drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal engineering teams, architect, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of structural design packages.

•⁠ ⁠Review structural designs and engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable local regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Support the resolution of technical design issues and provide practical engineering solutions throughout the design and construction phases.

•⁠ ⁠Provide technical support during construction by responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, and resolving site-related engineering issues.

•⁠ ⁠Attend design coordination meetings, site inspections, construction progress meetings, testing, and commissioning activities as required.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and utility disciplines.

•⁠ ⁠Support budget estimation, value engineering, and constructability reviews to optimize project costs without compromising quality, safety, or reliability.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor assigned engineering activities to ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• •⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate engineering documentation, design records, and project files in accordance with company procedures.
• Qualifications and Experience
• •⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and/or demonstrated exceptional ability relevant to the role.
• •⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, preferably involving villas design.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of data center structural design requirements, including equipment loading, raised floor systems, equipment foundations, cable trenches, utility structures, and building resilience.

•⁠ ⁠Experience supporting construction activities, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and resolving site engineering issues.
