HR & General Affairs Officer
About the Company
We are a growing company operating in villa construction and villa management in Bali.
We are looking for a responsible, organized and hands-on HR & General Affairs Officer to manage HR operations across our growing organization.
Reporting directly to Management, you will be the main point of contact for all HR matters, from recruitment and employment contracts to employee administration, performance management and HR reporting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Create and publish job advertisements on JobStreet, Instagram and local recruitment channels
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the recruitment process
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Prepare employment offers and contracts
- Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring positions such as housekeeping, concierge and construction/site supervision
- Employee & Contract Management
- Prepare and manage PKWT / PKWTT employment contracts
- Ensure employment documentation complies with applicable Indonesian regulations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Organize periodic performance evaluations
- Manage employee bonuses and incentive schemes
- Handle employee discipline, conflicts and internal procedures
- Maintain complete and up-to-date employee files
- General Affairs & Administration
- Follow up administrative documentation related to building permits
- Coordinate and collect documents from construction/site teams
- Monitor deadlines, follow-ups and renewals
- Ensure that administrative documentation is properly organized and updated
- Payroll Coordination
- Be the main point of contact for all HR-related matters
Prepare and submit monthly payroll information, including
- New hires and resignations
- Salary changes
- Bonuses
- Absences
- Ensure all information is accurate and submitted on time
- HR Reporting
- Monitor employee headcount and turnover
- Track personnel costs
- Monitor applicable minimum wage requirements
- Prepare regular HR reports for Management
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR / General Affairs
- Experience in hospitality, villa management, construction or a similar environment is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, including PKWT, PKWTT and UMK
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good professional English
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable working directly with Management
- Good knowledge of local administrative procedures
