Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and ensure effective implementation and evaluation related to various student organization program activities
- Coordinate and develop student program activities related to student development
- Ensure effective analysis of the needs in creating and developing student program activities
- Ensure effective coaching activity to all student organization committee related to organization activities
Ensure effective realization of good organization governance in student organization especially for the participation and regulation compliance pillar
- Ensure the realization of good organization governance in student program especially for the effectiveness and efficiency pillar
- Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Psychology, Communication, or a related field, with relevant experience in student affairs, student development, or organizational activities.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in student organization management, extracurricular activities, campus/community engagement, or program development, with experience in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating student programs and activities
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to be placed at BINUS @ Alam Sutera Campus
