What You'll Do
- Develop CRM strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive revenue targets
- Manage customer segmentation and optimize marketing automation flows
- Oversee campaign execution (WhatsApp, Email, SMS) and retention programs (churn, repeat purchase, CLV)
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the daily performance of the CRM team
- Analyze performance data for strategic reporting and coordinate cross-functionally with Ads, Creative, and Marketplace teams
- What We're Looking For
- Minimum D3 degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM/Digital Marketing
- Prior team lead experience is a plus
- Proficient with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Experience in Retail/E-commerce is a plus
- Understanding of performance ads integration is a plus
