- Key Responsibilities
Participate in cross-functional rotations across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organization Development, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement functions.
- Support strategic Human Capital initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Analyze workforce and HR data to identify opportunities for process improvement and people development.
- Lead and execute assigned HR improvement projects with measurable business impact.
- Present project outcomes and recommendations to management.
- Develop leadership, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities through structured learning and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
- Psychology, Industrial Engineering,
- or other related fields with a
- minimum GPA of 3.30.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Maximum 2 years
- of relevant working experience
- Internship, organizational, or leadership experience will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, organizational, or extracurricular activities
- Willing to undergo cross-functional rotations and
- placement across Kalbe Consumer Health operations
