As we continue to grow and enhance our guest experience, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of service. The Operations Assistant will support the Supervisor Operasional (Hospitality) in managing the day-to-day functions of the property. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules for staff, assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and supporting the maintenance of a clean and well-organized environment. The role also involves interacting with guests to address their needs, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry. Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, scheduling, teamwork, and leadership is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, along with strong communication and public speaking skills, will be advantageous.
