Job Description

Supervisor Quality Control will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards throughout the production process. Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, monitoring product consistency, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams to maintain quality benchmarks, collaborating with production and preparing detailed reports on quality performance.

Qualification

• Male or Female, maximun age 40 years old
• Candidates for this position should have an SMA/SMK education level
• Have at least 1 year of experience in SPV Quality Control or related fields is preferred
• Having expertise in SPV Quality Assurance and Quality Control is essential, and also experience in leading a team
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Disciplined, responsible, possesses leadership skills, and able to work under pressure
