SUPERVISOR RESTAURANT (AREA JAKARTA SELATAN)

• What you'll be doing
• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently
• Supervising and directing restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen assistants, and other team members to maintain high service standards
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies at all times
• Managing guest relations and handling customer complaints professionally and courteously to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and waste to optimise profitability
• Training, coaching and motivating restaurant staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service and maintain team morale
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance of the dining area, kitchen, and all restaurant facilities
• Scheduling staff shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during service periods
• Communicating effectively with the Kitchen Manager and Restaurant Manager regarding operational issues and guest feedback
• Assisting with cash handling, payment processing, and financial reconciliation as required
• What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a busy restaurant or dining establishment

• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and with courtesy
• Knowledge of food safety, health and hygiene standards, and restaurant operations best practices
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions independently and escalate issues appropriately
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Previous experience in a shopping mall or similar retail dining environment is preferred
