Supervisor Supply Chain

About the role

Supervise end-to-end goods flow from supplier to regional warehouse to 150+ outlets, ensuring stock availability and timely delivery across Jogja, Jateng, Jatim, Bali, and Jakarta. Lead regional warehouse and logistics team, manage stock replenishment and monthly shipping schedules based on forecasts, control warehouse and outlet buffer stock, and prepare supply chain performance reports for management.

• Key responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end goods flow from supplier → regional warehouse → 150+ outlets, ensuring stock availability and on-time delivery
• Monitor stock replenishment and shipping schedules per region and plan monthly shipments based on forecast
• Control warehouse and outlet buffer stock to minimise stockout and dead stock
• Verify movement stock
• Lead regional warehouse and logistics team: work allocation, daily KPIs, warehouse arrangement SOP (BOH), and stock opname
• Prepare supply chain performance reports (fill rate, stock discrepancy, coverage day) for management
• Direct warehouse/logistics staff, plan workflow, monitor KPIs, and ensure workplace safety and product legality compliance
• Control movement stock, FIFO/expired date control, and conduct periodic stock audits

Handle new outlet opening (initial PO, follow-up PR), distribute new SKUs and promotions, and mitigate risks of stock discrepancy, damage, and loss

• About you
• Minimum D3/S1 education in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain/warehouse retail or FMCG distribution
• Minimum 1 year in supervisor position
• Proficient in Excel (pivot, lookup) and familiar with ERP/WMS systems
• Detail-oriented, firm, able to work across regions, and ready for business travel
