About the role

We are seeking an Accounting & Purchasing Support professional to join our team on a contract basis in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. This position plays a vital role in supporting both our accounting and procurement functions, ensuring seamless coordination between financial management and purchasing operations. You will provide essential administrative and operational support that directly contributes to the efficiency of our supply chain and financial processes. This is an on-site role based in Jakarta Selatan, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and organised environment where your contributions will have a tangible impact on our operations.

• What you'll be doing
• Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of all procurement transactions
• Supporting the preparation and verification of invoices and payment documentation
• Assisting with inventory management, including stock tracking and reconciliation activities
• Maintaining and updating procurement databases and filing systems
• Coordinating with suppliers to resolve queries and expedite deliveries
• Preparing purchase requisitions and supporting vendor communications
• Assisting with monthly reconciliation of accounts payable records
• Supporting the preparation of purchasing reports and cost analysis documentation
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and financial procedures
• Providing administrative support to the accounting and purchasing departments as required
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in accounting support, procurement, or purchasing roles within a manufacturing, transport, or logistics environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial and procurement documents
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Understanding of procurement best practices and inventory management principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian language is advantageous
• Relevant qualifications in accounting, business administration, or procurement would be beneficial
