SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

• Location: Karawang
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, service level, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead and oversee procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities.
• Ensure product availability and on-time delivery to meet business and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory planning, stock accuracy, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, stock accuracy, lead time, and operational costs.
• Identify supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or building materials is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
