Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for recruitment process; screening on Job Portal.
- Schedule candidate interviews and provide feedback as needed.
- Coordinate daily with the Talent Acquisition Team and internal stakeholders.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Team as needed and carry out other tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as filing documents and inputting employee data.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate or final year student, majoring in Psychology, or Management.
- Experience as a talent acquisition intern or recruitment intern is a plus.
- Good communication skill, proactive, fast learner.
- Eager to learn new things.
- Committed to participating in a 3-months internship program.
- Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta
