Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for HQ and operational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs and meet hiring timelines.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate hiring & onboarding processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives and maintain talent pipelines.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and ensure hiring SLA is met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
- Min. 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Experienced in high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals.
- Willing to undertake a 2-3-month hiring project.
- Able to join ASAP.
