BP Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through offer coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment in assessing candidates, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the recruitment process, including sourcing, application screening, initial interviews, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate selection criteria.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through Dealls, LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role. (exc. internships)
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment data and reports.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or experience in a recruitment agency is an advantage.
• Available to work at Voza Tower, Surabaya.
