Team Leader Telesales

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader of Telesales to head up our growing telesales team. As a Team Leader you will be responsible monitoring the performance and KPI of the Delegate team.

This role requires strong leadership, operational management, communication in English and the ability to drive team performance and achieve targets.

What You'll Do

• Managing 5 telesales executives
• Provide training and knowledge for the telesales
• Managing Team and individual KPI
• Working with event team to identify lead, prospect and benefit to attend business event
• Chance to make $$$ commission
