Requirements
- Must-Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a backend or full-stack developer — real coding depth, not just theoretical knowledge
Proficiency in at least one modern backend stack (Node.js/TypeScript, PHP, or equivalent) and ability to work across layers (API, database, basic frontend integration)
Real, practical experience with AI-driven/AI-native development ("vibe coding") — Claude Code, Cursor, or similar — used in actual project work, not just casual experimentation
- Strong spoken and written English (mandatory) — will be directly client-facing with international automotive clients
- Consultative mindset — proactively frames and solves problems, doesn't just execute assigned tickets
- Fast learner / sharp thinker — comfortable operating across domains in a generalist, ambiguous environment
- Ownership and autonomy — self-sufficient before escalating to lead
- Able to clearly explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Nice-to-Have
- Based in Jabodetabek (a plus for occasional onsite needs/meetings, not a strict requirement)
- Prior client-facing or consulting exposure
- Automotive industry familiarity
- Experience mentoring or unblocking teammates outside own specialty
- Basic cloud/DevOps experience (deployment, simple CI/CD)
- Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications (backend + frontend integration) for client needs
Use AI coding tools deliberately as part of daily workflow — not just generating code, but verifying, exercising judgment, and owning the outcome
Serve as the technical point of contact for international automotive clients — meetings, solution presentations, and technical Q&A in English
- Translate ambiguous client requirements into clear technical solutions
- Catch bugs/issues that pass tests but could break in production — verify rather than rely solely on AI output
- Collaborate cross-squad and help unblock teammates when needed
