Technical Support (Alumunium)

Job Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 (preferable in Civil Engineering or Architecture).

Required skills: technical drawing/reading shop drawing, presentation, public speaking, computer/program for presentation & drafting (AutoCAD or similar is an advantage; related certificate is a plus).

• Strong knowledge in aluminium products (frames, doors, windows) and installation systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with residential project workflow (housing, clusters, apartments) is a plus.
• Proactive and driven to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Responsible, motivated, discipline, and willing to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for product knowledge to provide technical training, assessment, presentations, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting/consultation expertise to internal employee, partner, contractor, and end-user.

Provide technical support and prepare product BOM (bill of material) and technical drawings/specifications for project needs — coordinating with developers, contractors, architects, and project owners.

Conduct site visits to assist with technical assessment, measurement, and installation guidance for residential projects.

Support marketing/sales team in project presentations, product demonstrations, and technical Q&A during meetings with clients or project stakeholders.

Handle technical inquiries and complaints related to product performance, installation, or specification issues in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, delivery, sales) to ensure smooth technical execution of projects.
