About The Role

As we scale our technology to deliver even greater impact, we’re looking for a Technical Lead who will drive engineering excellence, mentor a growing team, and help shape a product that truly improves parenting in Indonesia.
- What You’ll Own
- Technical Leadership
- Lead by example with hands-on code development while guiding system design and architecture
Design, develop, and maintain robust systems (monolithic and microservices), including commerce transactions, content delivery, and user personalization
- Ensure code quality, system scalability, and security in all solutions
- Conduct thorough, high-standard code reviews to maintain best practices across the team
- Make sound architectural decisions that balance ideal solutions with business needs and timelines
- Team Mentorship
- Coach engineers of all levels, helping them develop both technical skills and product thinking
- Foster a product engineering mindset in the team—every engineer understands the “why” behind their work
- Model ownership, clarity, and effective collaboration
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other departments to deliver impactful features quickly without sacrificing quality
- Help define, refine, and improve engineering processes (planning, sprints, retrospectives) to maximize team velocity and clarity
- Unblock engineers and ensure delivery aligns with business priorities
- What Success Looks Like (6 - 12 Months)
- The team consistently ships high-quality features and bug fixes with minimal rework
- Engineering practices mature, with clear standards and shared understanding
- Technical debt is managed proactively, with critical systems stable, secure, and performant
- Junior and mid-level engineers grow under your mentorship, taking on more ownership and responsibility
- Product and business teams see engineering as a true partner in delivering value
