Supporting the Assistant Manager in managing the daily operation of the Sales team to meet sales targets, in line with the Company's objectives and strategies
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily agent briefings based on actual conditions, current issues, and other supporting data to optimize team performance
- Create a daily data distribution plan /strategy based to be aligned with the team's target
- Manage attendance and capacity of their team on a daily basis to make sure data absorption is optimal
- Making sure KPI achievement is monitored and maintained optimally (productivity, revenue, DR)
Kualifikasi
- Experienced at least 2 years in the same position
- Experienced in handling / monitoring 13 - 15 telesales agents
- Experienced in E-commerce / Banking / Insurance are preferred
- Strong in coaching & leadership skill
- Versatile, young, energic & fast learner
- Able to join as soon as posible.
