Responsibilities
- Define test strategy, master test plan, schedules, and entry/exit criteria aligned with project milestones.
- Lead SIT, UAT, security/penetration, and performance/load testing for API and system integrations.
- Manage defect triage, resolution tracking, quality metrics, risk assessment, and test status reporting.
- Coordinate with AWS Development Team, Project Manager, QA Lead, testers, and client stakeholders.
- Lead QA/testing across complex implementations, multiple teams, systems, dependencies, and workstreams.
- Drive client activities and dependencies to support timely project delivery and go/no-go decisions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Software Testing/QA, with 3+ years as Test Manager/Test Lead.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience in test planning, SIT, UAT, penetration, and performance testing.
- Proficient in API testing and tools such as Postman, JMeter, OWASP ZAP, and CI/CD.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum and complex system implementation projects.
- Experience in IT consulting, system integrator, or technology vendor environments with external clients.
- Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams, timelines, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to advise clients, explain technical/business trade-offs, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
