- Job Responsibilities
- Program management: prepare project schedules, define key milestones, track and report progress, and resolve blockers.
- Serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Plan and prioritize quarterly roadmaps.
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product managers, designers, analysts, and QA to ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously look for ways to help teams and the organization improve how they deliver products.
- Job Requirements
- Background in project delivery or technical leadership with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with at least 4 years of experience.
- Previous experience in financial services, especially in large transformation programs involving multiple vendors and regulatory jurisdictions, is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is desirable but not mandatory; what matters more is a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond defined job descriptions.
- Effective communication skills to manage communication with management and cross-functional teams, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where autonomy and independent decision-making are required, with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in product delivery is advantageous but not required.
