Deskripsi pekerjaan Tiktok GO Live Streaming Operations Lead PT Realway Media Indonesia
Realway Media is looking for a TikTok GO Live Streaming Operations Lead to take full ownership of our live streaming operations. You will manage daily creator schedules, oversee live execution and SOPs, analyze performance data (GMV, conversion rates, and viewership), and drive host productivity to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule & Operations Management: Create and manage daily/weekly live schedules, handle backup hosts, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Performance Analysis & Product Selection: Monitor live performance data (GMV, clicks, conversions), select high-potential products, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales.
- Live Execution & Quality Control: Ensure creators go live on time, follow SOPs and briefs, deliver strong calls-to-action, and resolve any operational issues during sessions.
- Team & Host Productivity: Take accountability for per-session GMV, session volume, and host output through active guidance and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming operations, MCN operations, or live commerce (TikTok experience is strongly preferred).
- Proven hands-on experience in managing creators/hosts, schedule coordination, and host training.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, commission, and inventory).
- Strong problem-solving skills, highly disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English for daily communication and work coordination.
