Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Accounting
- 1–3 years of experience in IT system implementation or application support
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL/MySQL/Oracle)
- Familiar with manual testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to provide user training and technical documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP / HRIS / Accounting systems
- Basic knowledge of networking or cloud environments
- Relevant IT certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, SAP, etc.)
