Assist, collaborate, and coordinate with the TC Dept. Head and Production Dept. Head in identifying Training and Development needs for Operators and Drivers.
- Prepare training requirements and materials before training sessions.
- Conduct and deliver training to Drivers and Operators.
- Monitor work areas and equipment mobilization.
- Prepare daily reports, training reports, and assessment reports.
- Assist in the recruitment process of Operators and Drivers as well as their training and development at PT Mineral Alam Abadi’s worksite.
- Comply with and implement occupational safety regulations.
- Ensure the implementation of Operators’ and Drivers’ training and development is in accordance with SOP.
- Provide coaching and counseling to Drivers and Operators.
- Develop training modules based on literature from dealers or manufacturers and update training modules from old versions to new ones.
Requirements
- Minimum education SMA/SMK/Diploma (D3).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in operating a computer.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Skilled in operating at least 3 types of heavy equipment (A2B).
- Must possess a Training of Trainer (TOT) certificate.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Honest, polite, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented in performing tasks.
- Good communication skills.
