Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in training and development, instructional design, or a similar role.

Proven expertise in Needs Assessment, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.

Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Change Management, successfully leading training initiatives from conception to completion.

• Proficiency in Performance Management and Data Analysis & Reporting to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
• Excellent Facilitation & Presentation Skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) Administration is highly preferred.
