- Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and assess client transaction banking needs, developing customised solutions that align with their business objectives
- Design and implement transaction banking products and services, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and operational standards
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development, operations and risk management to deliver seamless solutions
- Provide expert guidance to clients on transaction banking capabilities, best practices and industry trends
- Monitor solution performance and client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for optimisation and enhancement
- Develop documentation, training materials and process workflows to support solution deployment and client adoption
- Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings and market developments in transaction banking services
- Support business development initiatives by identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, policies and internal procedures
- What we're looking for
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in transaction banking, banking operations or business banking environments
Strong understanding of transaction banking products and services, including payments, cash management, trade finance and liquidity solutions
- Proven ability to analyse complex client requirements and translate them into practical banking solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in banking systems and digital platforms, with experience in solution design and implementation
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance frameworks and risk management principles relevant to transaction banking
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential
- A relevant qualification in banking, finance or business administration is preferred
- Experience in a multinational banking environment or exposure to international banking standards is advantageous
