Business Development & Partnership Manager

Job Descriptions

• Develop and implement partnership strategies with developers to achieve the Bank’s credit disbursement targets.
• Lead and coordinate with developers, notaries, and external parties to ensure smooth partnership implementation.

Review, approve, and oversee the preparation and implementation of developer partnership agreements (PKS) in collaboration with the Legal team to ensure compliance.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of developer partnership agreements to ensure consistency in implementation and mitigate potential risks.

• Direct and coordinate property promotion and launching activities with developers to support business acquisition and credit growth.
• Prepare periodic business analysis reports, market data, and business development recommendations to support management decision-making.

Coach and supervise the Business Development & Partnership Officer team to ensure business performance meets established targets and standards.

Follow up on internal and external audit findings related to partnership activities to ensure timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Perform other duties assigned by management to support operational effectiveness and the achievement of organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or developer relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge of business strategy, planning, communication, and advanced negotiation.
• Good understanding of property financing processes and developer partnership regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and customer needs for business development.
• Proven leadership skills in managing, coaching, and developing teams.
• Ability to prepare management reports and business recommendations effectively.
