We're looking for a UI/UX Designer (Mid–Senior Level) who can think end-to-end, move fast, and craft delightful experiences that feel simple, modern, and intuitive.

Job Summary

As a UI/UX Designer at Holink, you’ll lead the product experience across web and mobile. You’ll work from research to wireframes, prototypes, user testing, and final UI delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design features that are beautiful, functional, and creator-centric.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Design & User Experience
• Design end-to-end product flows, including onboarding, dashboards, analytics pages, monetisation tools, and payment experiences
• Create wireframes, user stories, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate quickly based on insights and product metrics.
• Write clear, concise UX copy when needed.
• User Research & Data-Driven Design
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and behaviour studies with creators, influencers, and small business owners.
• Analyse product data (heatmaps, funnels, retention metrics) to identify UX problems.
• Translate insights into actionable design improvements that align with business goals.
• Design System & Visual Consistency
• Build and maintain the Holink Design System to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Create reusable UI components and work with frontend engineers for accurate implementation.
• Maintain a clean, modern visual style across web and mobile.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Managers to define feature requirements and user journeys.
• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs and proper execution of designs.
