Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

• Translate concepts and requirements into detailed design specifications and interactive prototypes.
• Prepare design assets and documentation required for development implementation.
• Collaborate closely with developers during implementation to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional products.
• Review implemented interfaces and provide design feedback to ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Research, Testing & Improvement
• Plan and conduct usability testing and user validation activities.
• Analyze user feedback, usability findings, and behavioral insights to identify design improvements.
• Iterate and refine designs based on research findings, testing results, and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify usability issues and recommend practical solutions to improve user experience.
• Stay informed about current UI/UX trends, design practices, and emerging digital product technologies.
• Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, Business Teams, and other relevant stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.
• Participate in design reviews, discussions, and product development sessions.
• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain proper design documentation, design assets, and project deliverables.
• Ensure that design solutions balance user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and product requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, color, and interaction design.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, user flow, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user experience analysis.
• Experience designing interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, UI components, and design assets.
• Familiarity with responsive design and designing for different screen sizes and platforms.
• Experience collaborating with developers and technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Understanding of design handoff processes and the ability to provide clear design specifications and assets for development.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into design iterations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and Agile development environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Bandung.
