About the Role

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
• UI/UX Designer

to join our team. You will play a key role in designing modern, playful, gamification-driven user experiences — from research and wireframing to building a consistent design system. If you're passionate about design that genuinely improves the user experience, this role is for you🔥

Responsibilities

UI Design

Design application/website interfaces with a modern gamification style that is clean, responsive, playful, and on-brand.

Wireframe & Prototyping

Create sketches and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Interaction Design

Use animations and transition effects to add distinctiveness to designs and enhance user experience.

Design System

Design and maintain a design system & component library to ensure visual consistency.

User Research

Analyze user needs through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

UX Optimization

Apply the fundamentals of the laws of UX and leverage data (A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics) to support design decisions.

Responsive & Adaptive Design

Deliver designs accessible across all users and devices.

Accessibility

Create inclusive designs that can be enjoyed by all users.

Documentation & Handoff

Develop design guidelines that serve as the foundation for product development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of design systems, usability, and accessibility.
• Able to analyze UX data and apply insights to design decisions.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and a strong problem solver.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with developers.
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS is a plus.
