Job Descriptions
- • Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction
- • Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations
- • Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns)
- • Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures
- • Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy
- • Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards
Qualifications
- • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (preferred)
- • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- • Maximum 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail
- • Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- • Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
- • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- • Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed
