- Video Editor – Long-Form & Short-Form Content (Full-Time, Indonesia)
We're looking for a creative and reliable video editor to produce engaging YouTube and social media content for our French-speaking audience.
What you'll do
- Edit long-form YouTube videos and repurpose them into Shorts, Reels, and TikToks
- Cut silences, mistakes, and weak moments to keep videos tight and engaging
- Add B-rolls, zooms, text overlays, subtitles, music, and sound effects
- Follow each channel's style and apply feedback quickly
- Organize project files and manage deadlines independently
- Use AI tools to speed up transcription, subtitles, silence removal, and repurposing
What we're looking for
- Strong editing skills with a portfolio showing YouTube or social media work
- Basic understanding of French (you don't need to be fluent, but must understand the content you're editing)
- Comfortable with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or similar
- Open to learning and using AI tools like FireCut, Submagic, Runway, or ElevenLabs
- Organized, fast, and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do next
- Based in Indonesia
We're not just looking for someone who can cut footage. We want an editor who thinks about retention, pacing, and storytelling, and who is excited about building a modern, AI-powered content production workflow.
