ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Video Production & Editing
• Create, generate, edit, and adapt video content using AI-powered production workflows.
• Produce compelling video assets for brand, social media, and e-commerce campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Edit both short-form and long-form video content while maintaining high creative quality and storytelling standards.
• Ensure all video assets align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, Strategy, and Production teams to bring creative concepts to life through engaging video content.
• Content Studio Operations

Work as part of the agency's Content Studio — a dedicated production hub delivering always-on, high-volume video content for multiple brands simultaneously.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account teams within the Studio to keep video output moving through fast, repeatable production pipelines.

• Build and maintain reusable templates, presets, and motion assets to speed up turnaround on recurring content formats.
• Manage video content calendars and production trackers to ensure on-time delivery of Studio outputs across brands.
• AI-Powered Production Workflows

Integrate AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, and similar generative platforms) into the editing pipeline to accelerate ideation, rough-cutting, and post-production.

Use AI for tasks such as auto-subtitling, voice enhancement/cloning, background generation, footage upscaling, and rapid format adaptation — while preserving storytelling quality and brand integrity.

• Pilot new AI video tools and plugins to continuously improve Studio efficiency, output volume, and quality.
• Share AI workflow learnings and best practices with the wider creative team to help scale AI adoption across the Studio.
• Creative Execution & Optimization
• Adapt video assets into multiple formats and aspect ratios optimized for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline editing, motion graphics, subtitles, voice enhancement, and post-production workflows.
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, visual effects, and animation where appropriate to enhance content quality.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure timely delivery of high-volume creative assets.

Stay updated on video editing trends, AI production technologies, and emerging social content formats to continuously improve creative output.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

To thrive as a Video Editor at TBWA\Group Vietnam, you should combine technical expertise, creative storytelling, and a passion for leveraging new technologies to produce outstanding content.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in video editing, preferably within an advertising agency, creative agency, content studio, or in-house marketing team.

Proven experience producing video content for digital, social media, and e-commerce campaigns, ideally in a high-volume/always-on content setting.

Experience utilizing AI-powered editing and content production tools is highly preferred.

A strong portfolio showcasing creative video editing, motion graphics, and social-first content — bonus points for examples of AI-assisted or AI-enhanced production.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard video editing software.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, or similar production technologies.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, typography, sound design, and visual composition.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative quality under tight deadlines — a strength for high-output Content Studio work.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for experimenting with new creative techniques and AI-enabled workflows.
